At SilliQ Enterprise, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or broken.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, labels, and accessories must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
  • Products returned without original packaging.
  • Products returned after the return period.
  • Clearance, promotional, or sale items (unless damaged or defective).

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@siliq.co.in.Include your order number and photos/videos showing the issue.
  2. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days.
  3. If approved, return instructions will be provided.

4. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.

5. Replacement Policy

For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, we may offer:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A full refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, manufacturing defect), return shipping costs will be borne by SilliQ Enterprise.
  • For all other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. Customers may instead request a return according to this policy.
