Ingredients
  

Yogurt Layer
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons natural peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Chocolate Topping
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
Garnish
  • Crushed roasted peanuts
  • Mini chocolate chips (optional)

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Divide the mixture evenly into the four compartments of your silicone container.
  3. Smooth the surface with a spoon.
  4. Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil until silky.
  5. Pour a thin layer of chocolate over each yogurt portion.
  6. Sprinkle with crushed peanuts or mini chocolate chips.
  7. Cover the container with the lid.
  8. Freeze for at least 4 hours until firm.
  9. Remove one portion whenever you want a healthy frozen dessert.

Notes

  • Use natural peanut butter without added sugar.
  • Milk chocolate can replace dark chocolate if preferred.
