Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 cups milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Fresh berries and banana slices for topping

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, mashed bananas, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla extract.
  2. Stir until everything is well mixed.
  3. Fold in half of the mixed berries.
  4. Divide the mixture evenly into the four compartments of your silicone storage container.
  5. Top each compartment with the remaining berries and banana slices.
  6. Cover with the lid and refrigerate overnight (at least 8 hours).
  7. Enjoy directly from the container or transfer one portion to a bowl before serving.

Notes

  • Use ripe bananas for natural sweetness.
  • Add chopped nuts before serving for extra crunch.
  • Honey is optional and should not be given to babies under 1 year.
  • Fresh or frozen berries both work well.
